Our good ‘ole friend Emma takes a nosedive
The notoriously slow, but heavily used, bulk email service MyEmma took a rather bland nosedive this afternoon.

The service is temporarily unavailable. We're sorry, our service is temporarily inaccessible. We are working hard to remedy the situation and hope to have access restored soon.

I have an agency account and send around 200,000 messages a month. I find the UI to be very sluggish when composing message.
The very worst speed offender are your response pages. They can literally take minutes to load a single stat report.
You’re right, it’s more likely to happen with larger accounts. We’re in the middle of some work that should alleviate the sluggishness on big send-off reporting, and I’ll see if there are some things we can do in the meantime for your account. I’m sorry for the slow load times.

Hey there, I’m Suzanne, and I’m on staff at Emma. My apologies for the nosedive on Tuesday. We were down unexpectedly for about four hours that afternoon but had Emma up and running again that evening.
Also, I’m sorry to hear that Emma typically runs slowly for you. We don’t hear that too often, so don’t hesitate to chat with our support folks if you’d like us to take a closer look.
